 What's included?

You'll have the opportunity to attend 18x Team Training sessions within 42 days. This averages out at 3x sessions each week, however you can attend 2x one week and 4x the next, if you have other commitments. You're in full control of your bookings via our Online Booking System. 
You will have 3 sets of measurements taken. The first set will be taken during your Initial Consultation with the second set taken at week 3. You'll have your final set of measurements taken on completion of your 6 Week Body Transformation Programme. 
During your Initial Consultation we will discuss your Measurements, Goals, Nutrition & Expectations. This gives us an opportunity to look at the best plan for you, taking into consideration your wants, needs and lifestyle.
