YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM...

Team Training is a great way to improve your strength, fitness and overall well-being in a group of like minded individuals. These resistance-based training sessions aim to burn up to ~800 calories within the hour. A firm favourite amongst our members.

You'll be taught how to execute each exercise safely and progressions / regressions are always available if needed. Our goal here is to enhance your confidence in the gym environment, by educating you and showing you the way.

Kick & Punch your way through this high-intensity group exercise session and leave feeling alive, empowered and de-stressed. New to our session schedule since August 2018 but has already proved to be a 'hit' with all of those who've attended.

Learn your preferred boxing stance, how to safely throw a punch / kick, but most importantly have fun with an array of combinations and challenges. 

We understand that life can be pretty hectic at times. Not to mention, with our Team Training and Kick, Box & Cardio sessions, its important to stretch, relax, unwind and rejuvenate the body when it's being challenged so often. Stretch & Relax has returned to our session schedule after a short time away.

A combination of fluid movements, mobilisation and stretching techniques makes this session a great addition to our programme.
