Before starting with Paramount Fitness, describe your state of health, fitness and general well-being.
Very poor fitness level, overweight & sluggish

What was the pivotal point which made you get in contact with Paramount Fitness?
My sister is a member and I had always admired the results that she had achieved, I had two babies in two years so was very out of shape. When a size 14 was starting to get too tight I knew that I had to do something. I didn’t feel right or look like ‘me’. I had liked the Facebook page and won a free week of Boot Camp (2-3 sessions) it was just the thing to kick start me.

What were your goals back then?
Weight loss & improving my fitness levels

How did you feel after your first training session?
absolutely knackered and aching beyond belief but also so exhilarated

What have you achieved to date?
I have lost around 2 stone and loads of inches from my bust, waist and hips & now wear size 8 and 10 clothing. I was named Most Improved Female at the annual party in October 2013.

What emotional boundaries have you had to overcome, which have been tough, but you knew you had to, to get the results you wanted?
I was an emotional eater and often ate foods according to my mood. I have had to re-train myself to eat what I need and recognise when I am full, which was hard initially but when I started to see results it became easier and other members are always helpful on giving advice on meals ideas, additional training etc.

Why were achieving the above results so important to you?
I want be a “yummy mummy” and to feel / look like the women I was before I had my youngest two children.

What are the best things about training with Paramount Fitness?
The group atmosphere, the friendliness of both staff and members and the fact that you work so hard in that 1 hour session and no doubt burn more calories that 2 hours in a gym.

What are your goals now, moving forward?
To continue with inch loss, reduce my body fat percentage and increase my strength.

If you could sum up your experience of training with Paramount Fitness to date in under 50 words, what would you say?
Brilliant atmosphere, helpful staff and their members. It has helped me make positive changes in my life both physically and nutritionally.
