Once analysed, a specific nutrition plan will be put into place based on your goals. Tracking your intake each day via My Fitness Pal.

Daily Support / Accountability

Your Trainer will touch base with you daily, ensuring your stay held accountable to your goals and ready to answer any questions you may have. 

Weekly Progress Check Ins

Each week your progress will be monitored through a number of assessments. If you're not assessing, you're guessing.
