WHAT IS TEAM TRAINING?

Team Training is a great way to improve your strength, fitness and overall well-being in a group of like minded individuals. These resistance-based training sessions aim to burn up to ~800 calories within the hour. A firm favourite amongst our members.

You'll be taught how to execute each exercise safely and progressions / regressions are always available if needed. Our goal here is to enhance your confidence in the gym environment, by educating you and showing you the way.

The perfect training programme if your goal is to lose weight, drop body fat, tone up and change the way your body looks and performs.
