Unlimited Boot Camp and regular Strongman sessions.

Before starting with Paramount Fitness, describe your state of health, fitness and general well-being.
Very unfit, in a bad way with Crohns Disease and no knowledge of healthy nutrition or fitness.

What was the pivotal point which made you get in contact with Paramount Fitness?
When my confidence was at an all-time low and I didn’t want to go out or see anyone and became very down.

What were your goals back then?
To boost my confidence, learn about health and nutrition and get fit

How did you feel after your first training session?
Like I would never be able to move any part of my body again but in a great way, I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. It was a massive step for me to actually come and train after the way I was feeling but all the coaches made me feel completely at ease and discussed everything with me. The other members were so friendly I felt instantly like I had met friends for life that were on the same journey as me.

What have you achieved to date?
I am a completely new person, my confidence is at an all time high, I have become qualified as a fitness instructor, lost nearly 3 stone, become healthier and practically eliminated my Crohns.

What emotional boundaries have you had to overcome, which have been tough, but you knew you had to, to get the results you wanted?
At the start for me it was mainly about confidence, I had tried gyms in the past and felt like people were watching me and laughing. There is NONE of that at paramount, it is full of people at all levels and at different stages of their journey. All different sizes, fitness levels etc. but every single member wants to help and support you and wants to share your journey! It truly is the best family ever!

Why were achieving the above results so important to you?
Mainly for my health, if I didn’t do anything to sort it out I was going to become very depressed and become really ill.

What are the best things about training with Paramount Fitness?
It’s a family!!!! The trainers really want you to succeed and have a very personal relationship with everyone, you aren’t just a number or ‘a member’ you are a person with individual goals and aspirations and they really want to see you do well! Same as the members, you can partner with any one of them and they are great! We are all there for 1 reason or another but everyone is great!

What are your goals now, moving forward?
It’s now time for me to start focusing on dropping body fat, becoming leaner and stronger. I have lost weight and feel great but still have a way to go, I now spend my time reading & learning about health / fitness whereas i’d usually lay out on the Sofa watching TV for hours on end. I’m becoming excited about what more I can achieve with PF on my side!

If you could sum up your experience of training with Paramount Fitness to date in under 50 words, what would you say?
Hard work but worth every minute of it.. I have become a new person and I have PF to thank for that, without them I would be overweight, depressed and very ill! They have helped me in areas my doctor and specialist couldn’t and I have truly met people who constantly inspire me to be better! I would never ever go to any ‘gym’ again!
