How long have you been training with Paramount Fitness?
What programme are you signed up to?
Before starting with Paramount Fitness, describe your state of health,
fitness and general well-being.
Relatively active, but overweight.
What was the pivotal point which made you get in contact with Paramount
Realising that going to the gym wasn’t working and that I needed to do something more to achieve my goals.
What were your goals back then?
To lose weight, get fitter and to be healthy.
How did you feel after your first training session?
Exhausted! But happy that I’d made the first step.
What have you achieved to date?
I feel more confident as I have lost weight and body fat, my clothes are much looser than before. I have more energy and I feel that I am getting stronger and I can push myself further.
What emotional boundaries have you had to overcome, which have been tough,
but you knew you had to, to get the results you wanted?
For me it has been difficult seeing family struggle with their health and I wanted to take
control of my own life to be as fit and healthy for my future. And also having a big birthday and realising that I am not getting any younger so I should start taking better care of myself!
Why were achieving the above results so important to you?
I want to feel good both emotionally and physically, which in turn boosts my confidence and
hopefully will be a good role model.
What are the best things about training with Paramount Fitness?
Even when I have had the most stressful day at work I am happy when I get there. I know
its going to be a tough work out but I know I will feel amazing after. Every trainer cares
about you rather than being another number in a class at the gym. It’s also looking at your diet and working with you rather than a dictatorship!
What are your goals now, moving forward?
In a week I will be doing anevent which I never thought possible – survival of the fittest! I hope to continue working with Lee and his team to increase my strength and fitness, which will lead to weight/body fat loss. But also to boost my energy and keep my stress levels to a minimum.
If you could sum up your experience of training with Paramount Fitness to
date in under 50 words, what would you say?
Working with Paramount Fitness has been an absolute pleasure. It’s hard work and you’ll be pushed but they have the knowledge and the confidence in your abilities which makes you work hard and has a positive knock on effect both physically and emotionally.
